Pet Policy: A maximum of two (2) pets will be allowed per apartment with a $300 Non-Refundable Fee per pet. There is a 120lb weight limit for pets in the apartment; in addition, the following breeds will be restricted from the community; but not limited to: American Pit Bull Terrier, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Great Dane, Saint Bernard, Akita, Presa Canario, Wolf Hybrid, and any partial breed of the above mentioned restricted breeds. All residents with a pet are required to submit a veterinarian statement establishing general health of the pet, the status of all shots, and must bring the pet to the management office to be photographed prior to applicant approval. The only exception would be pets which are designed as service animals as stated in ADA requirements.

I have lived here for 13years. They have quick time response for maintenance repairs. The landscape and snow removal are completed in a timely manner. The tenants are cordial which makes a pleasant environment to live.
Requested maintenance call on heat issue. Within 30 minutes someone was at my door to work on issue. Job well done
We love our southern exposure apartment ...bright and sunny all day long! It was just what we were looking for when we were apartment hunting but never thought we could find one like this! Staff and maintenance crew are great and things repaired quickly.
It feels like home. The residents and staff are friendly and helpful. The proximity to downtown Schaumburg and the major highways is fantastic.
Customer Service in the office as well as maintenance is great! Some of the appliances and paint jobs in the bathroom and kitchen could be better.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
