Out of the apartments I checked out in the area, this one seemed to be the nicest one for the money and amenities. If there is one drawback, would be the high amount of traffic coming in and out of the complex throughout the day. However, it gets really peaceful at night.
There are residents upstairs from us that tend to be loud at night, but other than this, there are no issues.

Next time this happens, please call the emergency number so the next course of action can be taken. Our regular office hours are M-F 9am to 6pm and Sat. 10am to 3pm. I have rated my satisfaction excellent for a couple reasons'; I have never call for a repair from maintenance that they haven't responded in timely fashion with respect and never leaving a mess for me another reason is grounds are well kept I do appreciate and have pride in where I lived.

The overall rating of Prairie Lakes Apts is good because they are beautiful apts with a beautiful lake view from your living room. The apt buildings are new, clean inside out and well maintained. The only few things that need little improvements are the slow internet speed and the maintenance during harsh winters.
