As Seniors, my husband and I have found 100 Forest Place to be both a safe and supportive community, with a staff that is responsive to all our needs as well as caring for our safety and well being. It has been a wonderful experience being in such a vibrant area of Oak Park, and look forward to many more years at 100 Forest Place.
The partment is great and wonderfull , and the stuff are very helpfull. I'm glade to be here in 100 forest place .

As a new resident of 100 Forest Place, I have been extremely pleased with the experience so far. First, I'm a huge fan of the online leasing process, and how much can be accomplished online and through email. In addition, the entire leasing staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions, took care of so many move-in details, and even went out of their way to accommodate our stroller-friendly parking request. Since moving in, the same high level of customer service has continued. Extra help with packages, fast and courteous service personnel, etc. The common areas are very well maintained, and the overall community has a really nice atmosphere. Not to mention the phenomenal location in Downtown Oak Park. I'm so glad we chose 100 Forest Place!
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
