Lakeside apartments creates a peaceful and enjoyable environment. I have great neighbors and have only needed maintenance help twice. Both times the issue was fixed almost immediately and we got a free bag of popcorn from the maintenance team which was awesome. My wife and I love living here.

I love my new apartment! The leasing staff at Lakeside was far and away more professional than the sales representatives that I encountered at other apartment complexes. I had no issues viewing the apartment, asking questions, signing the lease, or moving in. I am so happy to be a resident at such a professional and well-kept apartment community!
Overall very nice apartments. The gym could be larger. It's quite small. Also the electronic keys to get into the clubhouse don't always work. It's a bummer when you are trying to go to the pool and you can't get in. Laundry is over 6 bucks total to wash and dry. If you try to break your lease they charge you two months rent. They charge 10 dollars a month for parking per car. Basically there are a lot of charges. But overall it is a nice quiet complex.
When I first saw the property online I was extremely ecstatic to find a place that reminded me of my place in the city. As I started to speak with the leasing agent she was extremely pleasant and extremely helpful. I did the tour and fell in love with not only the apartment, but the community as well. Since I have moved in I have had nothing but a great experience. The maintenance staff has been more spectacular. When I did my walk-through they came right over and fixed any items that needed work done and made sure to make themselves available when needed. I definitely would recommend this community to everyone!
