Clean area. Safe. Grounds are well kept and staff is friendly.
Without question, this is the nicest, well-maintained apartment complex I have ever lived at. The staff is friendly and responsive. The buildings and grounds are well kept. Most importantly, the staff does an excellent job of keeping its residents informed of events and seems to focus on continued improvement.
I've been a Lakeside resident for almost a year and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The community manager, the sales and office staff, the service technicians, everyone has been friendly and happy to help when needed. I should add, too, the maintenance of the buildings and grounds is impressive. I plan to make this my home for a very long time.
Do not live here!!!
I've lived at lakeside for over a year now and I'm not impressed. Cleanliness is poor, leasing staff is not very friendly or accommodating, and rent is WAY too high. It looked picture perfect on paper but I've had too many problems living here. More than anyone should have with their home in just 1 year. My suggestion would be not to move here.
