Location is excellent, close to good restaurants and shopping, and easy to get to everywhere by train or car. Staff is friendly, helpful and responsive. The apartments are spacious with quality fixtures, cabinetry and appliances.

Nice building and good location. Very helpful office staff (although understaffed but they do everything they can to assist the residents). Had to wait 3 months to get parking in the building and a larger gym with a bit more equipment would be nice but overall great place to live.
Great units at a great price for the area. The building is in a safe and quiet part of town and is filled with mostly families and young couples, not students. The building is very well kept and the staff is responsive and friendly. Thier generous dog policy is a huge plus.
We have been tenants since 1/4/2014, We have renewed our lease. The Management and the Maintenance personnel are very capable and responsive to our needs. The location is excellent. Nearby are good restaurants, stores, bus route on Central St, and Metra train sevice one block away.
