I am very happy living in this apartment complex. I have had few problems living here. The building is very clean, the common areas are well maintained, and the staff is very helpful and efficient. I love living here.
The area is quiet, the neighbors are friendly and the staff is caring and listen to your needs. Amazing place to live.
I feel safe as a single lady & the office manager was excellent when I was signing my lease & moving in. Extra touches like emails when a package arrives. Parking can be bear bc of how the lot is setup, esp coming home late from a wkend trip, you have to sometimes park farther away then normal. Also, the dumpsters are blocking the main path from the back door, where you have to walk through the dumpsters to get into the lot when cars are parked next to the fences, which is kind of gross.
Everything as promised, all utilities except electricity fall under rent. Clean buildings and grounds. Friendly staff, they work hard and send out a newsletter every month with helpful suggestions for neighbors and community. It's quiet and safe with many families living here. I would only say that the snow removal on the parking lot could improve and parking availability. Also, most stores and facilities are not nearby, so it is a bit of a drive to Schaumburg for many stores.
Rent includes most utilities. Very fair price. Neighbors are respectful of each other.
