Living at NewCity has everything you need right in your backyard. In addition to living in a high rise that overlooks the city, you get to bring your furry-friend, have a pool to lay out during the summer, and have a retreat in the Cyber Cafe on the days you want to work from home. If it's raining, it's never a problem. You can walk to the grocery store, the movies, or go out to eat all without having to step foot outside! :)
Newish, attractive apartments with terrific amenities
I like living at NewCity. My only complaint is that sometime it gets a little rowdy over the summer. Pool and hot tube rules get broken with excessive guests.
The rooftop parking lot lights at night are absolutely the worst, for any unit facing east on floors 5-8. They are occasionally left on all night. I don't have to turn a light on in my unit to navigate, because that is how bright they are. The lockout fees are outrageous. I was yelled at for having a third guest at the pool this summer. It was the four of us between two sun chairs. It takes about anywhere from 3-5 minutes to get your fob to open the street side bike room door.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
