The Wheatlands has been an awesome place to call home. The apartments are spacious, reasonably-priced, and safe. The office staff is super kind and even remembers me when I come by. Maintenance is also great, and they even wear cloth booties to protect your carpet. I'd recommend it highly if you're considering moving to the northwest suburbs!
The service team is very personable and knowledgeable, the pricing is very reasonable, the apartments are in lovely, and the amenities are stellar, and the payment and maintenance systems are easy to use.
I just love it. Is quiet and the apartment is in great condition. The office personnel is very kind and friendly. If there's something that needs to be fixed it gets done promptly.
I gave them an excellent rating because they have a great staff. They have a great set of redidents. The trash is piked up and is never overflowing. It is a fantastic place to live.
When I've had a maintenance issue...they are responsive and quick!! That team is AWESOME When I've had any other issue - the people in the management are EXCEPTIONAL!!! They go above and beyond whenever they can. Frankly...these two departments strongly influence the decision to renew my lease. There are other comparable places to live...but, I like it at The Wheatlands!
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
