The office and maintenance staffs are excellent. Maintenance requests are always addressed very quickly. The office staff is friendly and accommodating.
The leasing staff is friendly and very helpful. My apartment is comfortable and beautiful. The maintenance staff is knowledgable, friendly, and quick to respond to any maintenance needs. The community grounds are great...love my daily walks. the community is located near shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores. The best place I've ever lived!
It is a small complex. I feel safe. If have any questions, concerns or repairs need the staff is extremely helpful and always welcoming. Their door is always open. They welcome new ideas and suggestions. They try very hard to make us feel like a community.
I've lived in another Marquette property before and was pleasantly surprised to receive even higher quality customer service at Stratford Green. Stratford Green's property and landscape is professionally maintained, their homes are kept in great condition and any unexpected maintenance issues are dealt with swiftly. While my unit is competitively priced and the yearly cost increase is marginal, what keeps me staying each year is the sense of home and the outstanding customer service.
The community is very comfortable and the staff is very friendly. They are always willign to help us with our dog when we are in a bind and I really appreciate that. My only gripe about the community has nothing to do with the staff.... it's my rude parking neighbors.
