Treated well by front office and good neighbors
Great community to live in, upscale and safe and the managers really take care of you. Maintenance requests are taken care of promptly. Friends and family are always wanting to come over to use the great amenities. Have never had a problem with inadequate parking for visitors which I've had in many past apartments. Lived here 4.5 years so I definitely know what I'm talking about.
I moved here in April of 2015 and when I moved in the apartment looked brand new. The staff were excellent to work with and still to this day are awesome. Just recently I joined the National Guard and needed my lease extended in order for the military to give me a housing allowance. Normally they don't do this but they looked at my circumstances and got the approval. I'm glad that the people that work here are so willing to help, otherwise I would have had to move out and into a storage unit!

Eagles Landing has the best customer service I've had at any apartment complex yet. From the start they make you feel like a part of the community and are quick to resolve any issues. The apartments are bigger than they look and offer great floor plans. I've loved living here since day 1.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
