The office staff has been very helpful, friendly, efficient and responsive to my requests and questions.
Great location, clean, new carpet, new paint and close to downtown.
I chose Logger Creek Apartments, because they were the only apartments that offered short-term lease and had a 1 bedroom available the same day I called. Because of this, none of the usual factors people consider when deciding where to live were important to me. However, my experience here has been great. The management are friendly, and allowed me extra time to come up with money after learning that my first paycheck was 3 weeks away. The apartment itself is high-class (at least to me), and came with a washer and dryer. I don't have very much furniture, so it is very spacious. I particularly enjoy the back patio and picnic area, which is like having a back yard.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
