Beautiful grounds, polite and responsive staff, quick response time to maintenance issues, extra activities like bingo night, movie night, breakfasts, etc. A good exercise room was important to me as well, and 90% of the time I was very satisfied with it although it was frustrating to have the treadmills out of commission for fairly long periods of time on a couple of occasions. Overall I was extremely pleased with Coldwater Creek.
Thank you so much for you review! It is good to hear when we are doing good, as well as areas we may need to improve in. Those darn treadmills did give us a little bit of trouble, but we are up and "running"! Again, thank you for taking the time for you positive review.
Management seems to genuinely care about the well being of their residents. This is displayed by providing ways for residents to get to know each other such as bingo once a month, pool parties and periodic Saturday morning pancake breakfast.
We sure do love our monthly resident breakfasts. We are also introducing new ways to get to know your neighbors this month by having a "meet and great" out by the pool. We certainly hope to see you there!
Everyone in the front office is professional and exude wonderful customer service. Anytime I call with a maintenance issue it is handled in a timely manner. Best apartment complex in Warner Robins.

I love living here at Coldwater Creek. The staff is so wonderful and very helpful. You couldn't ask for a better Maintenance staff. And all of the extras that the staff do here for us such as Bingo, breakfast, etc.
