I've been here for 1.5 years and prior to the new management company taking over there were some concerns that I had. However, since the change of management, I've noticed considerable positive changes to the community in terms of cleanliness, timeliness of maintenance requests being fulfilled and overall pleasant staff.

I have been a resident here since 2012 and this property has seen its share of owners and managers. I am enjoying many of the changes from the new owners. The landscaping is great and we have community activities again. I really see the effort and can't wait to see what's next.

Take Exit 256 toward US-41. Turn left onto Mt Paran Rd NW. Turn right onto Northside Pkwy. Continue north on Northside Pkwy/U.S. 41 N/Cobb Pkwy.
