The renovations are sub par, they took shortcuts to make it look good however the apartment itself did not look the way it should.
The neighborhood has changed over the years the manager is clearly a ly woman and her style is being but into the apartments so as of now i have no complaints.
Office Staff is Remarkable. Love how they are very professional and friendly. Work orders are always completed in a timely manner.
I really enjoy my apartment, and the scenery here at The Pointe Apartments. And the ground keepers and landscapers do a great job. It's peaceful and neighbors mind there business. I am blessed to be living here.
Unprofessional, rude, leasing assistants. Half-kept lawn, landscape. Unenforced rules and procedures. Lack of quality appliances, upgrades. Lack of proper dumpers to disposer of trash. Unavailable security officers.
