Office Staff is Remarkable. Love how they are very professional and friendly. Work orders are always completed in a timely manner.
I really enjoy my apartment, and the scenery here at The Pointe Apartments. And the ground keepers and landscapers do a great job. It's peaceful and neighbors mind there business. I am blessed to be living here.

The neighborhood has changed over the years the manager is clearly a ly woman and her style is being but into the apartments so as of now i have no complaints.
They seem like they care about your apartment and if things are going good when really they dont care because its not concerning them. They had my car towed while I was on vacation because of my tags were expired and knowing i am from Texas, I couldnt go there ASAP to get it updated so when i had the chance, i had to come back home with my car towed. They made it as if they didnt care once again. Im done with them and i would not recommend anyone here.
