I love the complex and my apartment
Never came and fixed front door frame and locks on the front door (unsecure)...Pilot light on the furnance kept going out at all times of the night...
When I moved in, the apartment was still dirty. It definitely had not been cleaned by a professional cleaning company. I had to request for the carpet to be changed in both bedrooms due to the overwhelming animal urine scent. The bugs are a major problem. When I first moved in, pest control came once a week, until they stopped coming. I can hear every step my neighbors upstairs make. Heavy smoke smell comes through the vents from the upstairs apartment and permeates both bathroom areas.
Terrible condition, no one wants to fix things, roach problem!!!! Infestation!
