Tired of the bugs and at one point management seemed OK, but lately they've been substandard as well. Leasing office changed a number of mailbox locks without notification and when asked why, we never got a reason. Also, any time I'm trying to contact the leasing office, I can never get through, then when I go down there, there are people in the office. The new agent in the office seems to be attitudinal and snappy. She's never been pleasant during my personal encounters with her.
I was told that the apartment had central air and there's no central airThere was other things that I was told and the apartment doesn't have.
The reason im unhappy is when i paid my money to move in these apartments i was promised a washer and dryer never got it they never finished the construction tge hallway is just in disarray but i can say theres no crime i have witnessesd ocer here thats a super plus its quiet and the security really does a good job but the owners need to step up and finish the renovations.
The office staff and maintenance men are horrible. When i moved into my unit it was messy and very unclean. Windows were still broken and the door needed repairing. Minimal painting was done and the y still expect full rent. I was never given a mail box key and when requesting one i was attained as the nad person. Still havent got one cut two weeks later.
The maintenance team is slow in responding to requests, as well as the leasing office. Requests MIGHT be made weeks after. The newly renovated apartment I moved into started showing roaches and the NEW cabinetry started falling apar. It was poorly constructed. It is a good area to live in, but the staff makes it horrible. They need more maintenance people for one.
