I have had no problems with anything at my apartment,repairs were taken care of on timely matter. And any problems I had with my neighbors, management took care of it in a professional.
I would like to Thank You for your Review. We try and complete request in a timely manner however we sometimes are unable to do so. This is due to not having parts that have to be ordered. I am glad we were able to take care of your request in a timely manner and handling of any neighbor issues. Feel free to stop by the office for a cup of coffee and a cookie and chat with us.
The management and maintenance teams are fantastic. They handle any complaints or issues promptly and communicate what is going on in the community. There are planned activities and exercise classes. The property is well maintained.

While some improvements have been made to the property, it always seems that things are breaking. Countless times the water has had to be shut off. Old gates were torn down and the mess became an eye sore.

I know I'm a little late to respond I misplaced my log in information. I would like to start by saying Thank You for your comments. I know when we went through this process is was a mess however the end result turned out Great. By doing this it gave the Community an open feeling. Feel Free stop by the office and have a cup of coffee and cookie and chat with us. We enjoy to hear what you and everyone has to say.
I want to start out Thanking you for your Review. I totally understand your frustration with the water being cut off and sometimes with no notice to you our Resident. If we are notified we try and notify you but there are times it is an emergency. Feel Free to stop by the office and have a cup of coffee and a cookie and visit. We Love hearing from our Residents you are a part of our Community which is your Community.
We have had multiple things break - toilet, blinds, doorknob, etc. and they may be small things but it adds up, considering we have been here for less than a year. Our dishwasher also broke and it also took almost 2 months to get a replacement and we were informed at least twice that it would be in by a specific date when they didn't even have it yet.
I would like to Thank You for your comments and understand your frustration with the isses you have had to deal with and the delay of your replacement of the dishwasher. If you are still having issues I would like to invite you to come by the office or call.
I want to Thank You for your review. I know your situation and it was totally unnecessary and would like to apologize for what you had to endure. I know you have moved on but I wanted to reply to this and let you know we learn from the mistakes we make. I know I have learned and have started following up personally on items that are being delayed and communicate better with the residents. I hope you are enjoying your new residency.
Picking up after pets is not enforced. They want the kids to play where the pets use the bathroom.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
