Great location. Great staff.
We have ran into a few maintenance issues where the previous renters left some residual damage that the apartment wouldn't have known about until after a new resident moved in. There were some issues with the pool not being accessible for almost a month, and our mailbox is so old that it is literally falling off the hinges. After letting the appropriate parties know these things, they responded swiftly and what I can only assume being the best they could do.
I moved to Savannah from out of state and had to find a place to rent without seeing the actual property. The staff was very accommodating and I was able to sign the lease online. The apartment was rather dirty upon move in, however it was cleaned quickly and we received adequate compensation for this. I have been very happy with the unit and appreciative of all staff members.
The management and maintenance staff go out of of yheircway to take care of any problems. I've never leased from anywhere that has actually cared about me as their tenant and I greatly appreciate the staff at Vierra.
It is the best location to live in an apartment in Savanah. The staff are great at fixing issues with the apartments. Love having flooring other than carpet.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. From East on Highway 80/Victory Drive: Come through the town of Thunderbolt and cross the Wilmington River Bridge/Intercoastal Waterway. Johnny Mercer Blvd is the first red light after you cross the bridge. Turn right on Johnny Mercer Blvd and Viera at Whitemarsh is the first entrance on the left.
