Not enough parking for the residents, too many visitors are not parking in correct areas. Because of Poor sound insulations noises, voices, arguments can be heard thru the walls and floors of the apartments. Poor insulation cause power bills to SOAR out of sight durning the summer months. Too many trees cause poor reception for Dish TV or non-cable users .
Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that there is only a certain number of parking places. We enforce towing and want to be notified by residents when they see automobiles that do not have the proper parking decal. Please notify us the next time this issue arises.
The water for the car wash was cut off and tenants were not notified and I needed to wash my car and then the next time I went to wash my car they took the entire pipe out and didn't tell anyone. Also the advertisement for the apartment said they have a business center but the computer wasn't available for months due to some renovations and they didn't give access in another office space.
Thank you so much for your response. Sorry for your inconvenience. We were making improvements to the Office area and the carwash area. The carwash area pipe froze because of the cold weather and we were not able to notify everyone. We have since then installed a duel wash so others can wash and not have to wait.
nEED A BREAK ON RENT BEING RAISED EVERY YEAR.
Raising the rent every year is ridiculous. How about not raising it for a year. Why is a 12 month lease more than a 10 month lease? Too many cars are parking in the resident area without a sticker - no sticker tow away policy not enforced. Too many balconies filled with junk. Yellow line needs to be put on White Bluff entrance. Many vehicles turning onto White Bluff are in the middle and prevent you from turning into Timberland.

I am aware of the problems arising from the White Bluff entrance. Now that the parkway has been opened this should become less of a problem.
Well the apartments are very old and you can hear. Every move the people up stairs and in the hallways make, even when people are walking pass your window. Even down to there conversations.there are way too many trees my cars stay dirty here. I spend 40 wkly to get my cars detailed and its killing me. I will not be RENEWING my lease here. I work early hours and have not had a good night of rest since I move here. If I would have known this before hand I would have never moved here.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
