I like the area, they are the best price I found for that part of town. I love the pool! I have only had 1 problem that needed fixing, they were there same day to take care of it. The office staff seem very friendly and nice.
I love how convenient to places I go in town. The pool is great. The repair guys are great and office people are really nice. I love my apartment!

Even though the apartment complex is older, and I've had many items repaired or replaced since moving in, they respond quickly and are always gracious by phone or in person, regardless whether I'm talking with Management or repairmen. Repairmen have left some grease stains on the carpet, but since I'm safe, that's a small complaint for the amount of work they've done.

I feel as though the cost of the Cobblestone Apartments are really high. There are brand new apartments in the area that are very comparable to the Cobblestone and much nicer. The amenities are extremely old in these apartments. When we moved in the carpet was not replaced and it was coming up in certain areas and stained. I feel as though the rent is a little too high. I have looked an can get a 3 bedroom townhome (2 floors) and deck, new, for $850. That is less than the cost of a 2 br here.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
