I have been living at Red Lion Apts over ten years. I had no problems with getting things fix or problems with the Resident managers. The landscape and apts has improved greatly over the years I have live here.
I love living here! It is quiet, safe, and close to many things. The office manager and maintenance man are great.
Laundry facility and pool are great, comfortable, great service
The staff are very nice.
I would only suggest turn the upstairs room (above office by pool) into a gym and business office. This would be great because some are students and military.
The manager and maintenance man are wonderful. The apartment is great for what we needed at the time. However, it is in need of upgrading. The carpet is old. It was cleaned. But, within a month or two, the stains resufaced and it has many cigarette burn marks. The kitchen counter trim and sink are separating from the wall and counter top. I haven't been able to remove some of the old stains. The stove only has one large burner. There's no disposal or ice maker. Windows single pane and allow air

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
