I gave this rating because, I like my apartment. There have been times when I have to wait for supplies to come in so that they can fix things, but they eventually come.
There needs to be more maintenance men, and more supplies ordered so they have them in stock when needed.
It's environment is ok. It takes forever for the maintenance to come fix household issues. .
I have requested pest control to come to my apartment more frequently and to leave proof. The have not come in over 3 months.
They take forever to get maintenance to your apartment in a decent time. Overall, if it wasn't affordable, I wouldn't stay here.
Thank you for taking the time to post you comments and concern, yes we do feel that our townhomes are very affordable. At this time we are short hand on maintenance staff, we are in the process of hiring more maintenance staff to respond to work order promptly.
