I have lived all over Savannah and paid all sorts of prices. I am so happy to get such a great location for such a good price. The maintenance staff is some of the best I have ever experienced as they are prompt, efficient and friendly. The layout of the apartment is so great for the space. My furniture fits so great and the flow is perfect. The apartments are not new and have obviously been maintained very well. I am glad to be here.
I like living at Joseph landing the people are friendly and management is outstanding. I thought moving back to town would be noisy and disturbing but at Joseph Landing it is very peaceful and I am very pleased with my apartment overall.
This is my first apartment and I love it. Its very comfy nd literally a step away from the laundry facility lol its great
They are always there when you need assistance and help with the apartment.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
