Loud noises from other apartments but claim it's my TV that's loud

I Feel Neighbors Are Too Nosey
1st we were unable to do the walk through before we signed the lease (which I was unaware that they were not supposed to do that).2nd we were the 2nd town house on the end where the maintenance men worked (if you can call it that) where they had old soiled mattresses and old furniture stacked up on the side of the building,they did a poor paint job in the town home the paint was chipping in the bathrooms around the sinks i also seen mold growing on the walls in the bathroom just horrible etc..
Thank you for your feedback. I wish we'd known about these issues when you were a resident because we try to resolve issues right away. To touch on a few things you mentioned: Our new residents are welcome to see their apartment prior to signing the lease. The apartment in question was checked. There weren't any mold issues, just a little mildew, which was easily cleaned off. The furniture isn't to be dumped there, but some people don't follow that rule. We remove them as soon as possible.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
