It is a nice an quite community. Nice and relaxing place to be after a long work day. When you have maintenance issues they are on top of it and you don't have to wait. The upkeep of the property is well kept, I love my view of the lake when I enter and exit my resident that's a plus. The staff in the office are very professional, kind, and very helpful. I couldn't ask for any thing better. This is by far the best.

I dont have any major complaints but I do feel that each resident should get an assigned parking space(at least one)..it would make parking a little more personal.
The trash is always running over and piled up outside the garbage disposal that's at least two to three times a month. Your filters are not changed regularly unless you request so. there are no incentives for renewing your lease for example offering your carpet to be cleaned. The entire building needs pressure washed. nothing other than pool for teenagers for example basketball court. The kids are always playing in streets and around residents cars.
too noisy, sometimes fights going on, can hear my neighbors like they are in the next room, garbage area needs improved, for some reason people keep calling my number for the gate (my visitors let me know when they are coming before hand), so this is very annoying, esp. when I'm on the road traveling and someone calls my number for the gate.
