It is a nice an quite community. Nice and relaxing place to be after a long work day. When you have maintenance issues they are on top of it and you don't have to wait. The upkeep of the property is well kept, I love my view of the lake when I enter and exit my resident that's a plus. The staff in the office are very professional, kind, and very helpful. I couldn't ask for any thing better. This is by far the best.

Our maintenance team will always be here to assist you with any and all of your maintenance issues. We're also happy to have you as a resident.
Big problem is the management;I have personally have communicated concern around complex and nothing has been done about it; the only stay in that office they need to walk around to see from them self what problems they need to be corrected
There was only one maintence man. The hours of the office chaired at different days and time depending on the staff. The corporate office was never available for an bigger issues at hands. There is large amounts of mildew in the apartments. The rent card was the most unnecessary and inefficient ideal to come about. My last two months there I was charged fees Because for some reason one month I had to pay and extra $0.50 then one month I could pay because was going to pay to much.
I dont have any major complaints but I do feel that each resident should get an assigned parking space(at least one)..it would make parking a little more personal.
