No personal wash and dryer connections. Overall I love alhambra.
We are glad you love Alhambra!! We love our residents. A plus to no washer connections in your apartment is it keeps your energy bill down. :)
Because the staff is attentative and efficient in the maintenance of my apartment. They also share info. that keeps us safe through the crime watch program.

The "townhouse" we rented had the bedrooms upstairs. After unloading all of our stuff we realized that the queen size box springs would not fit up the stairs. We had to buy a new split box spring due to this. I was really disappointed that this was obviously something the staff knew beforehand but failed to mention to us. But considering the constant change in staff, I can see how they wouldn't pass that sort of important information on.
From day one, Alhambra (particularly the leasing office) has been inconsistent, unorganized, and non-communicative. Had it not been for me, being on top of everything, I would have been a very sticky situation with traveling down here from PA to GA to move. Things were not communicated and it would have been a disastrous situation (can explain in further detail, if asked). Other situations have arrived since. Very unorganized, goes back on their word, inconsistent.
Parking is a big issue. If we had assigned parking it would make things much nicer.
