Great community and Office Staff. Love them!
I normally don't leave reviews until I move out. As far as apartment living goes, Park 83 has exceeded my expectations. It's a nice community. The apartment renovations and features are decent. The community SLEEPS, LOL and that's a plus for me. Honestly, it's a peaceful community even during the day. The staff have been great and very helpful. I feel comfortable and safe in the Park 83 community. I looked at over 40 apartments before making my selection. So, to all prospective tenants/renters, visit and look over Park 83 with the high standards that we all tend to have, and I think you will be proud to call Park 83 home. I'M HAPPY.
My husband and I both agree this is the best apartment complex we have ever lived in. The service here is untouchable to any place else. Everyone on the team is professional, caring, and prompt. Much care is taken for each resident from moving in to living here for several years.
So far I love my apt! It's quiet, updated, and the improvements I see are stellar! The office and management have responded asap to all issues. Best apt I've ever lived in.
Because the units are small, it doesn't take a lot of energy to keep the units cool or warm during the seasons. The community areas are the best I've seen in quite sometime.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
