I have not had any bad experience. But i believe it will be nice if the neighboorhood can be kept clean and also some of the apartment needs to me remodeled
Good, but someone needs to clean the hallways in our building. It is very dirty!!
Living at mercer is good.
I have called several times over the past couple of months to speak with someone about different matters concerning my daughters apartment, payment, etc. because I live in another state. Either I never received a call back, or my daughter had to go into the office to try and get an answer. My daughter has complained about extremely rude staff and mailed packages not being available after there was a note in her box that there was. I don t know if it is just this particular complex or you business as a whole but there needs to be some improvements made to accommodate your tenants. Example: my daughter was running late for school and the machine that she gets a money order from was broken so she went into the office with cash because she didn t want to incur the late fee and was told very rudely Well I guess you ll be late for class and have to pay the late fee tomorrow then. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
