No true complaints that haven't been addressed. I will say I was disappointed when the cost of using the laundry rooms went up but yet the machines still barely work. I have now chosen a local laundry mat where yes it may be more inconvenient but at least I know my clothes will be dry. I also think that with the great website the management company could find a way to allow tenants to pay more than a single months rent considering the water and sewage are paid to the same account but I always have to wait until the charge hits and then have only 2 days to pay even though I have the funds weeks in advance. Plus the rates to use your credit debit card to pay rent are absolutely ridiculous

It is quiet and safe. My apartments has everything that I wanted in an apartment.
apartment area needs to be spray washed, too many webs everywhere. My neighbor slams door daily which is very disturbing. Lights need to come on as soon as sunset and stay on until sunrise, I leave my apartment during mornings and its dark outside. Other than that apartments are nice, I feel safe and love the size of them.....
