Leases Offered: 6-12 month leases.
All occupants over the age of 18 must complete an application for residency. A $50 fee is assessed to each individual applying for residency. These fees are non-refundable.
A $150 fee is required at the time of application to reserve/hold the apartment home and is non-refundable after 72 hours. In the event an application is declined, this fee is refundable provided the applicant has submitted the proper paperwork within the 72 hour grace period.
Security deposits are based on credit/income/resident history. $350.00 is the minimum deposit (Portion of security deposit may be non-refundable)
A Credit score of 620 or higher is required. We also utilize a web based program that calculates the risk factor of the applicant including credit history, criminal background check, length of employment, residency history and income. We require copies of the two ? for of the most current paycheck stubs or an offer letter from the future employer.
Residents are responsible for all utilities. Proof of $100,000 liability and $10,000 personal property insurance is required at move-in.
