Maintenance was friendly and always helpful. My family enjoyed the business center, play ground and pool. We felt welcomed everytime we stopped into the leasing office. I was thankful that eventhough there are washer/ dryer connections there was also an on site laundry facility. We had fun at functions such as casino night, the pool party and thanksgiving dinner. The apartment was also very large for the price I paid. Las Palmas is a beautiful well kept property with a family feel.

While there are some issues, I mainly love the big eat in kitchen and the cabinetry in the kitchen and the bathrooms. I'm glad for the updated brand new toilets and my black stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. I also love the screened in porch that has a view of the wooded courtyard. Management tries to keep the property clean and litter free but there is lots of trash in the wooded areas. if your car breaks down though as this property is a long way from a bus or train station.

I was a nice community and served is purposes. Management was nice and I didn't run into many issues. The only problem I had was pest issues.

Too many bugs even with proper cleanliness, roaches are everwhere in every corner. Person who lived there before me stated he had to move because of roaches so this has been an ongoing problem.
