A paved walking/running path would be extremely nice. Just around the perimeter would more than likely allow for a .25 or a .50 path.
No, I am a happy with the Haven and their wonderful staff ( all of them). Great team.
Some of the equipment in the gym needs work. Need to be able to change the channel on the tv on the gym. Could replace thevalley maybe. Nothing much to complain about. Extra iinsulation between floors would be nice as the noise when neighbors walk upstairs can be quite loud.
The manager and her staff treat residents rudely. Staff members speak to and treat tenants the same way the manager does.
No smoking on the stairs or hallway areas. No running up and down and up and down the stairs and yelling after 10pm on a week night
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
