The lady who is an office manager at the apartment was wonderful and helpful. Her office is located in the back to the left. She went a step beyond to make sure we as satisfied in our new move. We had already written up a statement to move out of your property. She took the time to make sure we have our needs met. You need more people like her working for your company.

Ive had issues with water leaks and closet rails falling and not being repaired, and all the interior doors are too painted over and will not close properly. The sink drains were new, but were not complete. But most of my issues were addressed when i brought them to managements attention.

work orders are not not fully completed in timely manner, still have request since Aug. of 2014 to be completed. Was promissed a handicap apartment and haven't received any thing close or it
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
