They have community activities with residents such as Game Nights and Pool Parties at least once a month. Every maintenance request is answered quickly and fixed promptly and they will go the extra mile to make sure everything is done right. Also, the buildings and landscapes are maintained and cleaned often.
I've lived here for approx. 5yrs and been very pleased with the care provided by the office staff, especially maintenance requests.
The concrete on the stairwells need to be Pressure washed more frequently. Especially because the garbage is left out for pickup. PLEASE DO NOT cut down any of the big trees that surround the property! Its one of the main reasons we chose to live here. Stop Freakin Raising My Rent EVERY YEAR....Other than that we have enjoyed living here.
I have lived at the Falls for almost a year and I have already renewed my lease for another year. I have had very few problems with the apartment and when I did the problem has taken care of immediately. Everyone who works there are great and I totally love the trash valet. It's a GREAT place to live.
It is a very quiet, well maintained neighborhood and the office staff is friendly.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
