I've lived in worse. Floor plans are pretty standard. Building is showing some age. Gym has been closed for almost six months. Can't get maintenance to fix anything. They close my requests without doing any work.

The 2nd pool not available. The car wash is advertised but not mentioned that you pay for it or that it doesn't work. Appliances old not up to date nor the counters and rent shouldn't go up just to get improvements since these apartments cost the most in this area. Cable is supposed to be included in the rent then your charged again separetly.

Our move - in experience has been nightmarish. We were told that the apartment would need new flooring which was fine. However, upon seeing the apartment we realized not only was the floor a complete mess, we also needed a new stove and vents, air conditioning repair, refrigerator parts and had a HUGE ant problem. It has been 33 days since our arrival and we STILL have yet to spend a single night in the apartment because the air still hasn't been fixed. We certainly will Not renew this lease.

What is a Certified Resident?

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.

Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.

Crestmark - Lithia Springs

Crestmark is situated in the East of Lithia Springs, adjacent to downtown and the airport with an easy commute via I-20. The community has a 14 acre nature park with jogging trails; as well as close proximity Wallace Park and Sweetwater Creek State Park.

Our apartments are designed to take maximum advantage of the space of the community, with walk-in closets, large kitchens with dishwasher, optional fireplaces and bay windows, as well as balconies and private patios. We also love pets, but please do check with us for any restrictions.

We promote sustainable living as a green community, with smoke-free areas and apartments, recycling, green cleaning products, low VOC sealants and paints, free use of bikes and community garden areas where you can be involved with urban farming. While we are green, we don't skimp on luxurious on-site features. Our community offers a swimming pool, hot tub, gym, tennis courts and a car care facility.
