Love living here. Really friendly neighbors and it's never noisy on weekdays or weekends, which is a huge plus living by the hospital. It's close to everything and the management are really friendly.
Ten Oaks is the definition of exceptional Customer Service. The ease of my leasing experience was wonderful. Danielle was extremely helpful and professional. I love that every time I walk into the leasing office, I'm greeted by my name. The property is very quiet, clean and it makes me feel good coming home to a well kept apartment community. I love the neighbor friendly gatherings that are held throughout the month.
Stern communication with pet owners in regards to cleaning up after their pet, specifically residents with dogs.
live across from the car wash and in the summer some use this as late as 2am in the morning with there music going or talking loud
