37 Reviews for Ten Oaks
I have lived in the Ten Oaks community for the past three years, and my overall experience has been wonderful! The community is always clean and I feel very comfortable here. The management staff are always helpful and ready to provide outstanding customer service. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone seeking a new home. And, the renovations are beautiful, just worried about how much they are going to end up costing us in the end.
I have been at ten oaks 4 yrs plus. Once named Okford Oaks. And my over all experience has been good. I have never regret living here. The accessible to almost everything gives it a unique advantage to all other apartment homes here in Lawrenceville., GA.. Wonderful homes. Great, great location, and super amenities Nice place
I am happy with what I have experienced at Ten Oaks so far. The new management is in the process of updating the apartments which is important for the residents and makes for a more pleasant atmosphere.
First four years here at Ten Oaks were great, The last few months have not been a good experience. I would think twice before moving into apartment setting townhomes. too much foot traffic in apartment for reasons I still have not seen come to light.
There is nothing I can say that would be considered marketable other than the location is convenient and living here is fair, nothing spectacular, not really worth what I'm paying for , Just fair.
