Very unorganized! Everyone in the office was not on the same page. Also the maintenance men would come in a timely fashion but would not fix everything if you weren't home.
I have been here for 2 months now the security gates are still not working! I expressed how important this was to me before i moved in THIS IS A GREAT SECURITY PROBLEM AND SHOULD BE ADDRESSED AS A PIROIRTY1
There was a leak from the upstairs unit and it created wet stains and mold. They had someone come to fix the problem, but they just spray painted over the mold. I felt this was/is a health hazard. I asked the gentleman who came in and sprayed the paint; if that in itself would take care of the mold, he said that it would. I looked online and found that it does not take care of the mold. But other than this my experience is good here Tara Bridge
Because staff don't care about residents. Moving experience was horrible. Apartment wasn't clean. The bathroom wasn't clean and kitchen. I had to clean out what the last resident left... I complained but they never sent anyone to clean then charged me an extra $25 a month for new carpet. The old resident messed the carpet up and I had to pay for their damages and they wouldnt put new blinds in. The blinds was torn and taped together.
