The grounds are always kept clean. The office staff and maintenance are wonderful. They treat you like family. The neighbors are great. A sense of security. Best place I have stayed yet.
Great Location, pricing is a bit on the high side but doable, most of the staff is friendly, neighbors can be a bit sensitive if you are on the second or third floors. Depends on the previous tenants and how well they took care of the apartment, but I would still recommend the place.
Units and amenities are on par with similar communities, management is friendly, beginning rent is reasonable. Communication and parking/enforcement could be better, annual rent increases seem arbitrary, staff could be more available. Neighbors are often inconsiderate.
I hate the fact you cant park or find parking near your building during the weekends.
The property overall is very nice. However, there are some structural issues which contribute to the fact that our downstairs can "allegedly" hear our furniture creak, us walking and our toilets flushing. Part of this rating was also influenced our experience of dealing with an unpleasant, aggressive individual like our neighbor on the FIRST DAY we moved in. We have also been having lots of bug issues. The day our apartment was "fumigated" we found a live roach.
