I have had an excellent experience at Cobblestone Apts thus far.
One concern I have is the numerous children riding bikes and playing
ball in the parking lots with many cars moving in and out.
I wish there was another play area for the children of Cobblestone.
Thank you for your response! We will be sending out a monthly newsletter about the some tips on riding bikes in the community. We do have a new playground for our residents. We are looking into creating other amenities on property.

vERY slow in taking care of problems. Some never solved.

For the amount of rent the apts are old and need updated appliances and paint. The management is nice and very attentive to important matters.

Grounds need a drastic upgrade over dirt by my unit. Siding needs to be replaced on my unit. I have made multiple inquiries about flooding during heavy rains by my unit that have not been addressed. I have to write multiple maintenance work orders to remedy issues in my unit as the unit is old. I live in the 1700 bldg. However, I do see improvements made in other parts of the complex that are needed. They are just not where I rent.
Thank you for your response. Our entire property is going through a renovation. We are working diligently to make sure every building gets the attention that it needs. We currently have 23 buildings in Phase 1 and 8 buildings in Phase 2. It is going to take time to get to all buildings. I encourage you to come to the leasing office so that we may address all of your concerns. We are also upgrading units as well. Thank you for being a valued resident!
