I have lived here for 3 years, and I love that it quiet, beautiful property, has a dog park (even though I don't have pets), and the office staff is helpful with resident needs. I'm close to the city and still far enough to be able to enjoy country activities as well.
I have lived at the Barclay since January, and I am very pleased with my experience as a resident. The property is gorgeous and very well-kept, although it could use a fresh coat of paint soon. The office and maintenance staff are the best I have encountered anywhere! From my first visit on, they have taken excellent care of me. Maintenance always completes my service requests the same day that they get them, and they do an excellent job.
I love living at the Barclay. It is an older property, so you will have some cosmetic issues, but it is well maintained. The staff is beyond awesome and my service requests get taken care of with no problem. What more could I ask for?
