The one thing I can say about the Gables is; They will take care of business, make it simple and welcome you home!
The community is very quiet and friendly. I like that the gate closes after each car unlike other places, so it prevents people who should not be there from coming in. The management team is very courteous, maintenance is prompt and the common areas are very well taken care of.
Great complex to live in with reasonably priced apartments. I have already referred a friend that moves into one of the apartments this week.
Gables Sugarloaf is my favorite apartment in Duluth, GA. It has easy access to I-85 and Route 316. Very big shopping mall and famous fitness club is located within 3 minutes. You can go to North Georgia mountains to hike if you want. They are almost within 90 minutes distance. Food shopping is easy and good restaurants are many. As Gwinnett Arena is just behind this community, you can walk there to enjoy it.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
