. I have lived at Parkway Grand Apartments in two different apartment units over the last 5 years. I have enjoyed my stay on the property and Ms. Stacy Smith is an excellent property manager. Ms. Smith has always went over and above to make sure that any issues I have had were resolved in a timely manner. My teenage daughter often goes into the rent office after school, just to say hello. Ms. Smith kindly greets her and make her feel loved. That is the kind of relationship that all property managers should have with their residence. We have been part of a wonderful community. I have no complaints and will recommend Parkway Grand to others. We will miss the office more than anything.

I love the office staff. They are very much knowledgable about everything. No complaints I've been here three months.
I love living here, for the most part. My only complaint is the trash situation and the fact that my water bill is based on the usage of others entire complex according to AUM I would like to pay for what I use not any other apartments usage.
GOOD INVESTMENT AND LIVING QUARTERS
I've been here for a month and so far I do like the community. The only thing that I do not like is it's very hard to get in contact with someone in the office via phone. When it goes to the answering service I'm not sure if they relay the messages for someone to get back with you or not. It seems like the only way to talk to someone is face to face which isn't always convenient when you work during the times the office is open. Other than that I don't have any issues, my apartment is very spacious and it's really really quiet.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
