It is clean, safe, diverse and reasonably priced.
Very late response in maintenance n poor customer service
I moved my car and took the sticker off when it was down for two weeks. The tag was off of it because of emissions. And the Manager pointed my car out to the tow service. Cost me $200 at rent time to get my car back from impound and she knew I always drive that car I live across from the office where she stands out and smoke every week.
Creek/ lake is disgusting. Worried about Zika Virus. Water is often turned off during warmer months. Pest control is a joke. A ovell all internal make over needs to he done to most units.
The maintenence is non-existent, I have requested several things to be fixed since I have been there and they have not followed up at all. Also, there are several unusual smells that come into my apartment from my surrounding's and the surrounding tenants will play really loud music at times
