The buildings are old, but the office staff is helpful and maintenance is always quick to fix things.
It's very quite and convenience and the lease office staff is very pleasant. Only thing i have a problem with is the trash can area its very unpleasant to look at. Its always full.
I just moved in a week ago and my new stove that KRC placed in my residency went out. It's been only a week living here and the stove quit working. I have placed requests to have stove serviced but, no one has been by yet and its been two days. Also, there has been a leak in the lower level bathroom sink that has been reported a day after I moved in and no service to it has happened.
The staff and maintenance are very friendly and curtious.
Work orders never addressed, since the move in date..promises never kept to fix things that were not up to part from move in date..been here for 3 months advised office stive not working an its stil broke no one never came as promised..now im moving out..so i lived with only means of cooking thru microwave an forced to purchase electric skillet..not good.....
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
