Excellent place to live with friendly and considerate management
3131 was quick and easy, and we enjoy it more each month! There is often fun community events arranged for us at the leasing office where we can get to know our neighbors, it definitely makes us love living here.
I love 3131! It is a very quiet and attractive community. I really the appreciate location because it is so convenient to many different areas of Atlanta. The interior of the apartment always sparks compliments. I'm so glad I came across 3131 during my apartment search!
I have enjoyed living at 3131. Not only is it close to my job and close to the shopping center and banks, but the staff, even when they get new people, are always friendly, professional and helpful. And, I've never had trouble out of maintenance; my work orders are always completed in a timely manner. With the upgrades, the community is very nice and pretty, as well as inside the apartments.
This community has very professional staff and caring management. They are great about keeping the grounds in great condition and they do their best to meet the tenants' needs. I feel safe here, and that's saying a LOT for a non-gated community. I love it here!
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
