Shoddy workmanship at all levels--every appliance furnished has broken at least once, lawn maintenance seems to take place daily even if nothing needs to be done, involving many loud machines for 4-8 hours. Rude front office staff, indifferent to issues. Foundation has shifted, revealing SO MANY CRACKS. Intensive water leakage was reported 4 months before anything was done, which led to black mold & plumbers having to reroute pipes. Mold was not addressed, still present inside walls.
They have all these rules, but no one enforces them unless someone complains and then it never is resolved.
