Great community. Safe, secure and quiet.
I had agreat movein experience everyone on your staff is very professional and helpful.
the upgrades are really coming along nicely here. I appreciate the notices left on the door whenever they are going to be working on something in the unit. I also appreciate when I was asked if I am enjoying the upgrades and is there anything that wasn't completed to my satisfaction. that really made a difference and showed me that they do care about my living quarters. When I let them know the few items I had concerns of, they came out within a few days and everything was brought up to par. My only concern is the people in the community who have no pride and no problem throwing trash on the grounds and leaving it there. But when I call maintenance on it, they are quick to have it cleaned.
Great upgrades! Affordable! However, maintenance response time is very slow.
There are still areas of improvement. I like that the place is maintained its quiet. We do need a gate.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
