I really love the community. This is the second time we've lived here. We lived here when we first moved to the area as well. I like how quiet it is, but we're in a great area that's close to everything
I feel safe, never any concerns about that, quiet, no body hanging around.
grounds are well kept and maintenance service is excellent. Management is responsive to residents concerns.
Maintenance Staff Are Great, And The Whole Place Is Kept Very Clean And Secure. Parking Is Awesomely Available For Residents And Guests.
The Ashford is a wonderful place to live the location is great, close to Dunwoody, Brookhaven and Buckhead! The front office personnel is accommodating and full of positive energy!
The square footage of the apartments for the price is great. I wish the living room had a ceiling fan and the bathroom had updated flooring but hey I have Granite counter tops and a beautiful view of foliage from my balcony, so I am a happy camper!
Great Location to Stores/Parks. Great Neighbors. (Even friendly USPS and Previous Trash Pickup) Actual Apartment - Tons of Space, Updated Kitchens, Private Balcony.
Previous Office staff was hands down better than the current. Slow to no response when leaving messages. When phone calls were not returned it did no better to arrive in person as the staff was typically not there on time in the mornings and left early. No notifications if packages were left in the office.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
