Manager and office staff and courteous and always helpful as well as prompt. Maintenance staff is excellent.
My primary complaint about living here is the number of dog owners who do not pick up after their dogs. As a dog owner myself, I am really annoyed when I return from walking my dog and discover that I am tracking dog feces across my carpet.
I have been a resident here for 5 years now. We have experienced many changes, neighbors, managment, owners. The property has maintain its character and integerity. However, losing our clubhouse, pool and gym has been very disappointing. What concerns me the most is the recent inconsistency of our security gates. This is a big security risk and concern for my family. While gates were opened or broken, we expericienced an increase of car break-ins and vandalism.
The community is quiet and the grounds are clean.
Location! Multiple entrances via two different roads, which helps during traffic times. Close to everything, walking distance from a shopping center. Not entirely happy with how looooong construction is taking (I really would like a pool/gym and I miss the tennis courts), but we haven't moved yet. Mainly because it's hard to find the same value apartment (size+location+walking distance to places) for the same price / same features.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
