Residents of LC are polite and it usually quiet, but there are times when the residents' children are a little noisy, but that is part of life when living in an apartment atmosphere.
I really did LOVE my apartment but when my air conditioner stop working and I went to let them know, one of the lady's in the office got an attitude with me because a lot of people were coming in to complaint which isn't my problem but fine but after THREE months of getting the run around I was mad then on top of that I had a leak in my unit that could have been fixed had somebody came to just look at it.... but other than that I liked staying over there.
It's ok if u just really have no other option. They treat you like royalty before to sign the lease and from then on it only gets worse. All I ask is for the property to be clean and for minor issues to be fixed. Trash is over flowing and all over the property and I've put in several maintenence request to get things fixed at my home and it took over a month to come fix. The parking is Horrible. Ppl parking in 2 spaces purposely just so no one will park nxt to them. Space is already limited.
I did not receive my full $400 security deposit, when I am a single person (no kids, no pets) and kept the apartment in excellent condition! (Staff did not do final walk thru with me personally). (Still have pictures of rooms left as they were the day I moved in). Too much turnover in keeping quality, friendly, helpful staff members. The gate entrance was always tearing up. Really appreciated the walking trail and tennis courts, in addition to the heated indoor pool.
The flooding was just to much 4 in three the same year lost over 800.00 in valuable s and i had to clean up after they fixed the pipes from up stairs the roof fo Flooded
