Thea partments are in bad shape and whenever you put in a service request it takes about four weeks to complete.
The place is ROACH INFESTED, No matter what happens in your unit, it is not important, or an emergency. there is only one Trash Bin, Gate Never works. Just a TERRIBLE.
They have poor customer service and every week that you go in the office there are new faces.
Never on time, usually apartments have multiple ways of paying like online to accommodate resident needs.
I Gave The Rating A Poor One Because Im No Longer Living There And While I Was Living There They Changed Manageemnt Three Times And They Terminated My Electricity Stating That I Wanted It Off But I Asked Them How Is That Because Im Paying Rent Which Was Just A Big Hassle. They Had Rats The Size Of Small Buses.
