I love my apartment layout, size and the fact that it faces the pond. The office staff is always pleasant and helpful. I think the rent is a bit high, but am able to manage as it is now. The most recent maintenance team has been doing good work and I am pretty much satisfied. I have no real complaints about the Woodhill Apartments as far as apartment living goes.
Woodhill apartments grounds are nice and well kep, the interior layout and design are also quite appealing. The reason I rated this apartment average is due to the very thin walls that make you feel like your back in a dorm room, the excessively squeaky floors and poor insulation.
There is never a time that I walk into the Office and are not greeted by the friendliest staff. They make you feel as you matter and are important in their day. The maintenance crew go above and beyond what is expected to quickly and professionally complete any request for maintenance.
The staff at this location makes you feel extremely welcome. I felt at home just looking at the apartments. Before I even made my decision Courtney made me feel like I was already home! This place has far the best staff than any other establishment in Georgia!
Centrally located, but you feel like you are in the country. Amenities include a fishing pond, swimming pool, tennis courts, exercise room, and clubhouse with free Wi-Fi.
