I love my apartment layout, size and the fact that it faces the pond. The office staff is always pleasant and helpful. I think the rent is a bit high, but am able to manage as it is now. The most recent maintenance team has been doing good work and I am pretty much satisfied. I have no real complaints about the Woodhill Apartments as far as apartment living goes.
Woodhill apartments grounds are nice and well kep, the interior layout and design are also quite appealing. The reason I rated this apartment average is due to the very thin walls that make you feel like your back in a dorm room, the excessively squeaky floors and poor insulation.
cellings should be insulated better to control the overhead
Previous management left a bad taste in my mouth they were not very personal when it came to the people living in the apartments and they managed very poorly
I have had a lot of issues in which previous management did not handle in what I felt was a timely and effective way. Current management appears to be doing a better job and works more efficiently to resolve any issues I have had. One current employee often has an attitude which I do not appreciate.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
