Woodhill apartments grounds are nice and well kep, the interior layout and design are also quite appealing. The reason I rated this apartment average is due to the very thin walls that make you feel like your back in a dorm room, the excessively squeaky floors and poor insulation.

We moved in on Oct. 1st still haven't received an amenity key.
The carpet isn't tacked to the ground.
Ants are coming out of the ceiling.
I am so sorry you have had issues in your apartment. Please contact the office at (706) 738-2268. We will be happy to assist you with getting the key you need, having maintenance come in and tend to the tack strip & have pest control service your apartment.
I rate Woodhill Apartments at fair due to: lack of parking space, lack of maintenance staff, and outside of apartments is very dirty as far as the apartment buildings themselves. Cover in spider webs and dirt needs to be pressure washed.

cellings should be insulated better to control the overhead
Previous management left a bad taste in my mouth they were not very personal when it came to the people living in the apartments and they managed very poorly
